- Provide children with the opportunity to freely explore which objects float/sink and which materials absorb/don't absorb.
- Bring all children together in their groups and return their activity sheets. Ask: Do you need to change any of your ideas about the objects that float or sink? Absorb or don't absorb? Provide children with the opportunity to reflect on, and check their work, before sharing responses.
