  • Ask children to work in their group to discuss, and decide, if 10 circles will fit inside the box. Direct children to tick the 'I think...' box.
  • Ask: Who thinks yes? Why do you think yes? Who thinks no? Why do you think no?
  • Provide children with the opportunity to draw circles in the box to test their guess.
  • Repeat for the next two activities.
