| Lesson Notes | - Pose the inquiry question. Ask: What information do we need to answer this question? How can we collect the information we need? ("We can ask mum." "We can write the time down each day."...)
- Provide children with a copy of the activity sheet and ask: How can we use this sheet to record the information we collect at home?
- Direct children to write the days of the week on the activity sheet.
- Suggest the activity sheet is kept on the fridge and filled in at breakfast and dinner time each day.
- Children bring their record sheets back to school to share the information they have collected.
|
| Reflections | Ask: What other interesting information could we collect at home and share with others? ("What we eat for breakfast/dinner. What time we go to bed. What are we doing at 7 o'clock each night...)
