1. To Order
- MTSonline can be ordered via this website.
- Immediately you complete your order you are provided with access to the MTSonline database.
- Go to Purchase a License, select Personal License and follow the steps to complete your order.
- Note: If you have been a Trial or Invited User with an MTSonline login you will not need to create a new Username and Password at the second step.
2. Paying For Your Order
- Our purchasing options give individuals the choice of paying electronically by: (1) Direct Deposit/Wire Transfer or (2) Credit Card (through 2CO.com - a secure service for online payments - see also Site Security on the right menu pane).
- You can also pay by personal cheque/check.
- At the completion of your order you are given immediate access to the MTSonline website via a login link we send to your email address.
- If you pay by Direct Deposit or Credit Card we immediately email you a copy of the 'paid invoice'.
- If you choose to pay by cheque/check we post a copy of the 'paid invoice' on receipt of the cheque/check.
- Our terms for payment are 10 days for personal cheques/checks.
- Customers outside Australia should post payments by airmail.
- If payment is not received within 10 days your login may be closed until it is received.

4. License Term
A license is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase with a reminder about renewal being emailed to you on the anniversary of the date of purchase.
