Recording Activities as 'Taught'

MTSonline provides a means of recording activities you have taught (used).

1. When you view an activity you are given options to print, bookmark etc.
2. You are also given the opportunity to show the activity as being 'Taught'.
3. Click on the dot to show the activity as 'Taught'.

1. The dot turns green to show it as 'Taught'.

1. If you change your mind about the activity, click a second time to show as 'Not taught'.
2. The dot turns grey.

1. Recording activities as 'Taught' also causes the activity number to be shaded in green in Search Option 1.

1. To remove the activity as 'Taught' right click on the activity number.
2. The green shade will have gone when next the screen refreshes.

1. If you record 2 or more activities as 'Taught' in a topic, the whole topic is shaded green.
2. This serves as a reminder to cover all topics across the year.
