I Can't Download and Print

1. Check your role and expiry date.
2. If your subscription has expired you will need to either
2.1 Purchase a new Personal License
2.2 Extend your School License
1. I have a current subscription or trial period but still can't download and print.
2. You may have a bad link to our server and need to try one or more of these steps to improve your link
2.1 Log out and log back in.
2.1 Refresh your screen by briefly holding and releasing the CTRL and R keys at the same time.
2.2 Close and re-open the SchoolCentre website.
2.3 Close all programs on your computer, close your computer and then re-start your computer.
2.4 Reboot your modem.
I can't download an print MTSonline activities in Word or Adobe PDF.

1. Check your role and expiry date.
