The written permission of the author (Peter Nowland) is required for any use of the Mathematics Today Series online (referred to as the Publication, MTS or MTSonline) outside of those specifically described in the License Agreement below.
License Agreement
(1) The MTS License Agreement is equally valid for all Licensed Users (i.e. those that have purchased a Personal License or are part of a School License) in any one annual period (i.e. 365 or 366 days from date of License Purchase) and all Trial Users (those that have provided the necessary information to School Centre and have received a Trial License login to MTS).
(2) The MTS License provides Users with a current personal MTS License or school-based MTS License for the Publication with the right to view, download, store and print MTS Activities to meet the learning needs of the children in their immediate care (i.e. normal use for a class, tutorial group, home-schooling group).
(3) The MTS License provides Users with the opportunity to search all of the MTS database to pinpoint the Activity(ies) you need for your students - regardless of their level of development. In other words, MTS fully supports teachers with a student-centred approach to learning.
(4) The MTS License provides Users with the opportunity to edit and customize the content of any MTS Activity in the database to better match the selected Activity(ies) to student needs. This is possible because every Activity can be downloaded in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
(5) Licensed users are permitted to professionally share 10% of any MTS Activity or support pages downloaded with an unlicensed teacher as long as there is an acknowledgement by word of mouth or in writing of the source (Mathematics Today Series online website) within the 12 month period of the License.
(6) Users are NOT ALLOWED to use any MTS Activities or other support materials outside of the 12 month period of the License. This condition specifically refers to and applies to any MTS Activities or support materials stored in electronic format (user computers or other devices) or printed or copied paper format.
